Jasmine Pixel & Ink is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

 

Stationery: Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders are processed within 10–20 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Premade Book Covers: Premade book cover designs are processed within 10 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Custom Book Cover/Custom Graphic Design Services: Custom design processing times for deliverables is negotiated with the client and is provided on the Statement of Work. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods
 

Jasmine Pixel & Ink ships orders using:

  • USPS

  • UPS


Shipping carriers are selected based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and delivery destination. Not all shipping carriers deliver on weekends.​

Shipping Rates
 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Orders priced at $75 and above qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Delivery Estimates


Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Jasmine Pixel & Ink are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages


Jasmine Pixel & Ink is not responsible for damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact our customer service (jasminepixelink@gmail.com). Provide photos of the damaged products and we will do our best to assist you.
 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Jasmine Pixel & Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy
 

All Sales Are Final
 

All product purchases made through Jasmine Pixel & Ink are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Custom designs are purchased based on an installment plan outlined in the Statement of Work. All payments made during the installment plan process are final and will not be refunded or processed for store credit. 

Store Credit Returns
 

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

To initiate a return:

  • Email our customer service team (jasminepixelink@gmail.com) with your order number within 10 days of receipt.

  • Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Returns sent without an approved RA number may not be accepted.

  • Store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by Jasmine Pixel & Ink.

Return Eligibility Requirements
 

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, original condition within 14 days after an RA number has been issued.

  • Items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • The RA number must be clearly included with the return shipment.

Jasmine Pixel & Ink reserves the right to deny store credit if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.

Non-Eligible Items
 

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Personalized items

  • Custom-made orders

  • Custom graphic design work

  • Final sale items

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs
 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Jasmine Pixel & Ink does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Store Credit Terms
 

Approved store credit:

  • Will be issued after inspection of the returned item

  • May only be used toward future purchases at Jasmine Pixel & Ink

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
