4. Product Pricing & Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content on the Website is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors;

  • Refuse or cancel orders containing inaccurate pricing or descriptions;

  • Limit quantities available for purchase.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on device displays and the handmade nature of certain products.

5. Payment Terms
We accept payments through major credit cards and PayPal.

 

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are generally processed and shipped within 10–20 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;

  • Customs processing;

  • Weather events;

  • Supply chain disruptions;

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate at the time of purchase. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Digital products or design services may have separate delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final.

 

We do not offer refunds for products or services purchased through the Website. However, exchanges for store credit may be permitted at our sole discretion.

 

To request an exchange or store credit, customers must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product and provide proof of purchase. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued to the customer and must be provided along with the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable;

  • Has no cash value;

  • May only be used toward future purchases on the Website.

 

Custom graphic design services and digital products, including premade book covers once delivered, are non-refundable and generally non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos;

  • Branding;

  • Artwork;

  • Product designs;

  • Graphics;

  • Text;

  • Images;

  • Downloads;
